Cherry Armoires – 2 examples, with details.

Two of three different clothing armoires, on a scale to suit the rooms of a large fishing lodge.

Materials: Cherry and walnut solids, black hardware. A brushed Tung varnish finish, rubbed out and waxed.

Kitchen armoire 

A very large 3 section armoire for a working kitchen in an Irish fishing lodge, with curved shelves in the center section, lighting, copper mesh door panels,  and fine reproduction hardware.

Materials: Birch and maple solids and veneers, copper mesh, dimmable lighting, painted finish.

Design: Erik van Miltenburg, based on  many historic examples.
